The Obernosterer family welcomes you to the ****Hotel Der Paternwirt at 1,100 m altitude in Maria Luggau in Lesachtal - the most natural valley in Europe - under the motto "sleep powerfully, eat powerfully and relax powerfully".

The Paternwirt has 30 lovingly designed rooms with natural wood furniture from local forests, new stone washbasins and natural stone tiles, as well as a 200 m2 wellness area including a panoramic sauna.
In the traditional restaurant our guests are spoiled with regional products and culinary seasonal specialties such as Schlipfkrapfen.

The family-run business is a true hiking paradise in summer, with around 300 km of marked hiking trails of varying degrees of difficulty awaiting you. Away from mass tourism, the Lesach Valley is the ideal place for all winter sports enthusiasts, whether cross-country skiers, snowboarders, skiers or ski tourers, there is something for everyone. The pistes are excellently groomed and guarantee pure winter sports enjoyment.
