We are a family-run farm holiday business with an organic farm for self-sufficiency.

The sustainable idea and the small structure have been with us for generations.

Our farm supplies us with meat and milk, which is used exclusively on our own farm in the form of raw milk, yoghurt, curd cheese and cream cheese for the breakfast buffet. Vegetables grow in our fields and since the beginning of winter our vegetable and herb garden has also been certified organic.

We use our own wood and wood pellets for heating and some of our electricity comes from our own PV system. Hot water is produced using solar energy.

Food waste is either composted or utilised in animal husbandry.
