Our historic event spaces such as the Ovalhalle, Arena21, Baroque Suites A+B+C and the Mezzanine, as well as the MQ Libelle, which opened in 2020 on the roof of the Leopold Museum, offer a wide range of possibilities for creating an individual supporting programme for up to 700 people. Whether a lecture, press conference, product presentation, Christmas party or wedding reception - MQ has the right location for every event. Our exclusive technology partner ensures that we are always on the cutting edge and able to guarantee the best possible realisation of multimedia hybrid events.

Thanks to its central location in Vienna's seventh district, MuseumsQuartier is optimally connected to public transport and can be reached easily by subway, tram and bus, as well as by bicycle or on foot.

For us, sustainability means …

• encouraging people to engage with the topic and change their way of thinking;
• taking regionality into account when choosing our exclusive partners to ensure short transport routes and support the local economy;
• offering barrier-free use of all event spaces,
• the responsible usage of water by reducing flow rates in catering kitchens and sanitary facilities,
• converting all light sources to LED;
• that at least fifty percent of electronic devices installed in our spaces bear the 'Energy Star' label, are TCO certified, or display an ISO type 1 eco label;
• using sustainable and environmentally friendly cleaning and hygiene products;
• prioritising repair over disposal.

We see sustainability not as an option; rather we view it as our obligation to ensure that our historic event spaces will continue to be available as venues for many generations to come.
