We are a “training”-restaurant for young apprentices (cook, pastry cooks and newly also for waiter/waitresses) and are open for all guests, colleagues and other apprentices from our company. At the speiseamt, we cook and bake with more than 55 apprentices with learning disabilities. Together with their trainers and their adult colleagues – with and without disabilities.

Beside our wide choice for lunch from Monday to Friday, we also offer a “sandwich & torten/cake-service”. We are creative specialists in producing fancy cakes and excellent sandwiches – delivery service included.

Our lunch-offer: The restaurant offers daily (Mo-Fr, except bank holidays) lunch from 11:30 to 13:30. The offer contains 2 different soups, 2 main dishes (1 vegetarian), a varied salad bar, fresh backed buns, and a colourful variety of several desserts, cakes, torten and cookies. Everything is also available for take-away.

Furthermore a delicacy is in the everyday-offer, a dish of the week und newly we also offer “super-food-bowls”. Each week convinces a new creation with seasonal und culinary compositions.
