For the Agricultural College Andorf, the connection to nature and sustainability has always been a core issue. We are a committed climate alliance (”Klimabündnis-“), ecological (“Ökolog-”) and eco-labelled (“Umweltzeichen-”) school.

In the three training specialisations of “health and social professions”, “catering management” and “eco-design” as well as the possible further training to become a "specialist social care worker for the elderly" and "care assistant", we try to make the lessons relevant to real life.

This includes knowledge about nutrition, the careful handling of food and growing your own herbs and vegetables. Pupils are also taught how to use natural cleaning products.

Well-being and respectful interaction are very important at our school. For example, in the class representatives' café the pupils can mention their concerns and together with our headmistress and teachers joint solutions are found.
